You can by them where the news and blog stands are... they only cost 50 stars I think. then go to your inventory and they should have an moodie option thing.

go to ur inventory (after u bought the moodies) and see ur player. go down and u will see a smiley sign click the arrow and u will have choices. click the one u want and exit out of ur inventory. POOF! u have a moodie.

You buy them near blog stands, go to you inventory, click the moody thing under your avi and pick the smiley you want! Easy as 123!
