How to take a screenshot using Windows.

On the page you want to take a screenshot of, hit "PRTSC or 'Print Screen'".
Open up Paint.
Hit "Control + V".
It should be pasted. Use the "outline" (Square Rectangle) button to get the part you want.
Hit "Control + X".
It should of gone away, the part you selected. Now open up a new Paint.
Make the box really small, then hit "Control + V" again.
There, your picture should be ready.

How to Upload/Post a screenshot.

Upload it to http://tinypic.com and get the "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards" code.
Put it in the topic you want.
Hit Preview, and it should be done.
