upload your pic to a site like Tinypic and copy the image code!!!

Okay.....
Step one: Save your picture that you want the post in your computer
Step two: Go to a website called TinyPic and click browse and go to the file where you saved your picture (dont worry TinyPic is free you dont need to sign up)
Step three: Copy the code for forums and message boards and paste the code into your post! Simple!
